Coordinates the APMP-NCA Mid-Atlantic Conference & Expo, the region’s largest industry event. Provides training and skill-building for proposal and business development professionals.

Manages the Corporate Partner Program, developing levels, benefits, and fees. Works closely with partners to provide membership value and ensure benefit delivery.

Plans, schedules, and coordinates publication of the chapter’s Pens Down blog, also part of the email newsletter.

Marketing
Works across committees to promote chapter events and programs through graphics, content, email blasts, and social media.

Develops and implements recruitment and retention plans, supports members navigating registration, and performs outreach at events.

Professional Development
Creates programs supporting mentorship, scholarships, and APMP certification initiatives. Coordinates with APMP Education and Certification Chairs and other chapters.

Special Events
Plans and manages networking and education events complementing the speaker series and annual conference.

Oversees chapter technology needs, including website, email, corporate assets library, and conferencing tools. Continuously evaluates new tech solutions.
